My husband and I wanted to relocate to the Lancaster area from New York. We contacted Ginger and she spent 2 full days showing us all around different areas that we might like. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area. We were able to decide on Mount Joy as where we would like to live. Ginger showed us numerous homes and was intent on finding the perfect home for us. When we found that home she was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the construction and upkeep of the house. She always was very responsive to us when we called and had questions. She is an expert in her field and helped us immensely with all aspects of our move to Pennsylvania! I highly recommend her and her team!!

Working with Ginger has been a terrific experience. She got us to visit properties we were interested in very promptly and offered great insights into things we may not have recognized on our own. She is always enthusiastic. Ginger has extensive knowledge and resources for all the associated things a buyer may have to deal with from recommending painters or floor refinishers to contacting radon abatement contractor for a quote. When the home inspector found evidence of past termite activity, Ginger got an exterminator to review the situation and confirm that the property had been treated. On top of everything else, Ginger is so friendly and pleasant that the entire process was really a lot of fun for us!

My husband and I are looking to retire in the next year and with this not only being a big move for us, it is going to be a one time, last time move. We logged into Berkshire Hathaway and they assigned Ginger Volpone to us. After meeting with her I felt so comfortable and knew she was such a good match for us that she was like family to us instantly. You can tell she knows what she is doing and is all for the customer. She listens not only with her ears but with her heart. We had opportunity to view some homes of interest with her even setting up the appointment quickly. We are still involved with this process but in the mean time Ginger set up a portal for us to add any home of interest for us to view at any time. Also, if I even see something I might be interested in I can contact her and she will work on our behalf. Doesn't get any better then that. I feel so confident and know she will perform for us as to what we are looking for and what we are able to do. Whenever I message her she gets back to me almost instantly. Makes me feel like I'm listed in one of her favorite contacts. I want to mention also that this kind of experience is our first and I know beyond a shadow of doubt that she will walk us through each step and with our best interest in mind. We love you Ginger and I'm so grateful that you were assigned to us.
