I would highly recommend Ginger Volpone and her team. They helped us sell my mother's house, and my mother was also very happy with the professional and kind way Ginger helped us with this process. Ginger knows the local market well, has good instincts, but is also very personable and easy to communicate with. She gave my mother ownership in the process, but also was adept in keeping things streamlined and simple for my mother. Ginger gave excellent advice about how to get the house ready to sell, and the house sold quickly and easily. Eric is also a joy to work with. I have zero complaints with the Ginger Volpone team, and nothing but accolades for how they helped us through a stressful process. Thank you!
