Wow! What can I say, he is fantastic. He went above and beyond for me and found me the absolute perfect place and made a life transition feel smooth and easy. Checks in on me even after we moved in. Steve was great in working to house that fit our needs. We had a wide search location wise as a young newly married couple, and ended up seeing ~15+ houses in various price ranges within Lancaster County. We were able to quickly request showings and the whole time Steve was great with flexible scheduling. While it took a few weeks to determine what we valued most in a purchase, Steve was able to walk us through the though and be patient as we figured out what made the most sense for our family. When the time came to put in an offer on a house that we were serious about, Steve was able to work to make sure we were comfortable with the process, the price we were offering and kept us well informed with where things were going next. I was continually impressed with his recommendations stick to what the house was worth when putting in an offer which aligned with my desire to stay within budget, and his strong advocacy for not waiving an inspection as first time buyers. In the end, we were able to find our dream home that had the perfect mix of things we were looking for at a price that was fair and with no issues at any point of our journey even through closing. Highly recommend working with Steve as you search for your next home!

My husband and I are looking to retire in the next year and with this not only being a big move for us, it is going to be a one time, last time move. We logged into Berkshire Hathaway and they assigned Ginger Volpone to us. After meeting with her I felt so comfortable and knew she was such a good match for us that she was like family to us instantly. You can tell she knows what she is doing and is all for the customer. She listens not only with her ears but with her heart. We had opportunity to view some homes of interest with her even setting up the appointment quickly. We are still involved with this process but in the mean time Ginger set up a portal for us to add any home of interest for us to view at any time. Also, if I even see something I might be interested in I can contact her and she will work on our behalf. Doesn't get any better then that. I feel so confident and know she will perform for us as to what we are looking for and what we are able to do. Whenever I message her she gets back to me almost instantly. Makes me feel like I'm listed in one of her favorite contacts. I want to mention also that this kind of experience is our first and I know beyond a shadow of doubt that she will walk us through each step and with our best interest in mind. We love you Ginger and I'm so grateful that you were assigned to us.
