Steve was a great fit for our first home buying experience! He was knowledgeable of both the Lancaster and York area. In addition, Steve was always in contact with us no matter the circumstances- we ended up signing our offer why we were on vacation! Steve also helped us navigate through difficult relations with the selling agent, and kept the experience positive the whole way through. Anyone looking for an excellent real estate agent should give Steve a call.

We were moving from about 50 minutes away and wanted to work with someone who knew the local Lancaster market. My wife and I met Steve at an open house where he offered to help us with our search. He was fantastic to work with through the entire process. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for and ultimately found our dream home at an unlisted location. Now that is the kind of resource you can't get except from a realtor who is in the know with the local community. I'd highly recommend Steve as your agent if you're in the process of buying or selling!
