Ginger Volpone is a true professional. She is highly knowledgeable about real estate in Lancaster County. I searched on Zillow for an agent to list my mother's home. At the time, my mother was very ill and we met with Ginger to list the property. I was very impressed with her, and knew immediately that she would persevere and get the house sold. My mother passed away, and Ginger was very helpful moving us along with what needed to be done. She is personable, has a sense of humor, can relate to all types of personalities, and is able to adapt quickly to sudden changes. She was proactive in seeking a reasonably priced plumber, electrician and an HVAC person, and it all came together quickly and efficiently. At times the transaction was grueling and detailed-oriented, but she and her assistant Eric Muench followed through untethered and always professional.
