Steve was exactly who I needed to find what ended up being the perfect home for me! He was willing to drive far distances for showings, often several within a few days. It was easy to get emotional and discouraged during the house hunting process but Steve always calmed me down and had words of wisdom for me to help during moments of stress and was always confident that we'd find the perfect house. If it weren't for him and his expert negotiation skills, I do not believe I would have gotten my house! I'm very grateful for all that he did for me during this process and would highly recommend him to others, especially if this is their first go around as he explained everything to me in detail.
