Ginger is the perfect realtor -- she sold our home in 5 days!

Ginger is extremely personable and easy to work with AND she also knows and understands the Lancaster market. In preparation for listing our home she was very specific about changes and upgrades we should make, for example, she recommended that we install a new floor in one bathroom and replace the kitchen counter tops with granite. We did everything she suggested (including lots of de-cluttering!) and we settled in May 2013.
