I was very impressed after first meeting with Ginger. She was fully prepared with comps and an estimate of the property's value. She answered all of my questions before I even knew I had those questions. She facilitated the final repairs that needed to be done to get the place sold. She was very positive about the property's marketability and she was right; even though I was dubious because we were selling in January. I would definitely recommend Ginger and her team. They are willing to do what needs to be done; they go above and beyond!

Ginger was so helpful and patient as I tried to decide on a home. ended up with one I fell in love with and with her expertise I got it despite some other bidders (I even got outbid and still got it because of Ginger's input!) would only ever list/buy with her!!

I will never work with any other agent as long as she is in the business! She is very knowledgable and she has a good team to support her. We sold our house in 5 days and she represented us in our new purchase. She always returned or answered our calls promptly and made us feel totally confident that she was working in our best interest. We are currently working with her to sell my mother-in-law's house and and she went above and beyond to help us stage the house after it was empty, helped us make necessary repairs to improve the property, and set up lawn service since we are not close enough to maintain that part of the property. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ginger and her skills as a realtor.
