We came to Steve as barely dipping our toes into the homebuying water. He had us in for a meeting to better understand where we were and guided us from there. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable - and listened to all of our needs and requests. He helped us understand the best types of loans for us and walked us through the entire process. Steve was great in working to house that fit our needs. We had a wide search location wise as a young newly married couple, and ended up seeing ~15+ houses in various price ranges within Lancaster County. We were able to quickly request showings and the whole time Steve was great with flexible scheduling. While it took a few weeks to determine what we valued most in a purchase, Steve was able to walk us through the though and be patient as we figured out what made the most sense for our family. When the time came to put in an offer on a house that we were serious about, Steve was able to work to make sure we were comfortable with the process, the price we were offering and kept us well informed with where things were going next. I was continually impressed with his recommendations stick to what the house was worth when putting in an offer which aligned with my desire to stay within budget, and his strong advocacy for not waiving an inspection as first time buyers. In the end, we were able to find our dream home that had the perfect mix of things we were looking for at a price that was fair and with no issues at any point of our journey even through closing. Highly recommend working with Steve as you search for your next home!

I am not a first time buyer, but I am a first time buyer on my own and Steve was very helpful. I gained a lot of knowledge from Steve about this process. Even times when I thought it was to much, Steve has a grounding personality and has been through this process so many times and knows what to expect that he is able to help you with all kinds of scenarios without being condescending, like some realtors I have had on the West coast. His knowledge is vast and his personality matches. I purchased a place that feels like a perfect cottage in the woods. He had to show me a lot of places to we found the perfect one. But we got there. I'm so happy!

Stephen was the most amazing God send to me and my wife! Every step of the way he was by our side rain or shine. Even when he got sick we couldnt keep him from taking care of us and checking on our needs. From making finding our old house to finding a new one he was always there.
