Steve assumed management of our real estate sale after we fired our prior agent for inaccurate pricing of the property, inadequate sample size for comparative market analysis, failure to take the time to incorporate us into the computation process in order to afford us a full understanding of the manner in which the comparative pricing figure was determined. Last but not least the prior agent did not maximize the likelihood for a quick sale by using an open house strategy at the onset of the marketing process. Steve did all of the above immediately as part of his "standard operating procedure" which ultimately resulted in more than 12 couples touring the home right out of the chute. His strategy promptly resulted in a buyer, and an offer, which we accepted without the need for any haggling.

Steve was exactly who I needed to find what ended up being the perfect home for me! He was willing to drive far distances for showings, often several within a few days. It was easy to get emotional and discouraged during the house hunting process but Steve always calmed me down and had words of wisdom for me to help during moments of stress and was always confident that we'd find the perfect house. If it weren't for him and his expert negotiation skills, I do not believe I would have gotten my house! This is the second time we have had Steve help us in finding a home. He also helped us sell our previous home as well. We have had such a great experience both times and he made the process so easy and stress free. We could not have asked for anything better. We also can't say thank you enough to Steve for understanding all the craziness when we had our 2 year old daughter with us during the whole process. He interacted with her so well and made her feel special during the home search. She even got so used to him that when we told her we were going to look at a house she would ask if "Mr. Steve" was going to be there. This is just something that we are so grateful for and made it really personal and not just like someone we were doing business with.
